This will be my way of journaling my personal growth in various areas of my life.

Freathletics Natural Tone Training journey with pullups
I started working out with this app because I needed something that would automatically time and coach me through my workout journey. I’m working through the training journey for about 3 months. So far, it works, and it is one of the few apps that have helped me stay consistent.
Clean up my diet
This is the hardest to do. I’m an emotional eater, and I eat to celebrate and punish myself. It’s terrible, but I will try my very best.
Family
Spend more time with kids
I need to drop a few of my hobbies and personal projects to do this, but it’s worth it. Kids grow up too fast when you are not paying attention.
Personal Projects
Learn how to sew kids clothes
Become a better writer
Career
Study to pass the Fundamentals in engineering exam for Civil Engineers
Ugh, this one is a pain! I hate the idea of this exam, but I’m studying. I’ve been using the School of PE course to look for this, but it is dry and dull. I hate is that videos take a lot of time to watch, and most are not broken up. What I mean is that by the time I’m finished with watching the videos and going through the texts, I’m so burned out, or I’ve forgotten the core concepts from the first video by the time I need to do practice problems and the test. This requires a long time to sit every day. About 2 hours plus. I don’t have that time. The most studying I have accomplished in one sitting is 30 min.

Agreed clean eating is the hardest and yep, those kids grow up way to fast. As for the studying, you’re on your own with that one. Good luck, I bet you’ll do well.
